We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Products must be in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

3. Defective and Non-Defective Products

We accept returns for both defective (damaged, incorrect items) and non-defective products (change of mind, incorrect size).

4. Return Method & Return Label

  • Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.
  • Return Label: A prepaid return shipping label is included in the package and provided free of cost. There are no shipping charges for returning your items.

5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns are completely free of charge.

6. Refunds Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return approval.
  • Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

7. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges if you need a different size or product (subject to stock availability). Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange.
